Exchanges (Fastest Resolution)

Want a different model? With one of the largest selections of robotic pool cleaners online, exchanges are quick and hassle-free. Our experts will guide you to the right cleaner so you spend more time enjoying your pool.

Eligibility & What’s Not Returnable

To qualify for a full refund:

  • Items must be returned in like-new condition, inside the original retail box, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • For robotic pool cleaners: rinse, dry, and carefully re-pack all parts before shipping.

Not returnable:

  • Installed parts or items that can’t be restored to like-new condition
  • Products damaged by misuse or improper packaging during return shipping

If damage or missing parts are discovered, our team will document it with photos and apply a fair adjustment to your refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Submit our Return Form within 30 days of purchase. Include your Order # and the reason for return (please be as detailed as possible).
  2. We’ll send you packing tips and a Return Authorization (valid for 14 days).
  3. Clearly mark the Return Authorization on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship the product back using a trackable, insured carrier (many customers use discounted label services like PirateShip.com).
  5. You only pay for return shipping—we never charge restocking fees.

Risk of loss: You’re responsible until the package is scanned as delivered to our warehouse. Please insure your shipment.

Packing Tips for Robotic Cleaners

  • Power off, drain, and fully dry the unit
  • Coil the cable loosely in large loops
  • Protect the power supply and accessories with packing material
  • Fill any empty space in the box to prevent shifting during transit

Refund Timing

  • Inspection is completed within 4–7 business days of arrival.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Most banks/card issuers post credits within 2–10 business days after processing.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Shipping Damage

Inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. If your item is DOA or visibly damaged in transit, contact us through our Contact Form within 72 hours with photos of:

  • The product
  • Inner and outer packaging
  • The shipping label

We’ll arrange a no-cost exchange or repair in line with manufacturer procedures.

Chargebacks Reminder

Refunds are always faster and easier when handled directly through RoboticPool. If a dispute is opened with your card issuer while you still have the product, we’ll continue working with you to complete the return, and provide documentation to resolve the matter with your bank.

Warranty Support After 30 Days

After your 30-day return window, your purchase remains covered under the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1–3 years).
