Shipping & return policy
Premier and Sigma carry 3-year warranties, the longest on any Dolphin. Quantum, Cayman and Escape carry 2 years. Because Florida has 282 authorized Maytronics dealers, warranty repairs and genuine parts are never far away, even when you buy online.
That coverage is only valid on robots bought from an authorized dealer. Grey-market sellers void it from day one.
How to verify a dealerFrom any of the 282 local Maytronics dealers listed on our 140 Florida city pages, or from a Platinum online dealer. This site ships every Dolphin model to Florida in 2 days for free with $0 restocking and the full manufacturer warranty.
Yes. Florida is in the contiguous 48 states, so every robot ships free and arrives in 2 days. Free shipping does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii, which ship at a reduced air rate.
It depends on your debris and surface more than your state. Premier for heavy leaves, Quantum for fine debris and capacity, Sigma for pebble and textured finishes, Cayman for smaller pools and Escape for the best value. Your city page has a quick-match chart tuned to local conditions.
Yes. Any authorized Maytronics dealer or service center in Florida can handle warranty repairs for a robot purchased from another authorized dealer. Grey-market purchases are not covered anywhere.
