Dolphin pool cleaner tracks.

Every genuine Maytronics track and wheel for a Dolphin robot. Tracks stretch and lose their teeth with age; when they slip off the wheels or the robot drives in circles, a new pair is the fix. Pick your model to see only the tracks Maytronics confirms for it.

Match it to your robot

Find the right track for your Dolphin.

Dolphin tracks come in a handful of sizes and colors, and the color is a real difference, not a cosmetic one: it tells you which platform the track fits. The robot's model number settles it.

Start with your modelChoose your robot in the list above. Track sizes follow the platform, so the same track often fits a whole family of robots, and the list shows them all.
Buy tracks as a pairTracks are sold in two-packs and should be replaced together: a new track beside a stretched one makes the robot pull to one side.
Check the wheels and gears tooIf the teeth on the drive wheels are rounded, new tracks will slip again. The wheel and gear kits in the list replace the drive pieces behind the track.

When to replace Dolphin tracks.

A track keeps coming offA track that jumps the wheels has stretched. Re-seating it works for a while; a new pair stops it for good.
The robot drives in circles or pulls to one sideUneven wear between the two tracks, or a track with missing teeth, makes one side slip. Replace both tracks together.
The tread is smoothTracks grip the floor with their tread. When it is worn flat the robot spins in place on slopes and steps instead of climbing them.

Questions

Dolphin tracks, answered.

Why do Dolphin tracks come in different colors?

The color marks the platform the track was made for, so it fits the wheels and the length of that robot. Grey tracks fit most Nautilus, Explorer, S-series and ProLine robots; blue, yellow and long/short pairs belong to other platforms. Pick your model above and only the right tracks stay on the page.

Do I have to replace both tracks?

Yes. Tracks are sold in pairs and wear together; a new track beside a stretched one makes the robot pull to one side. The pair in a two-pack is all a robot needs.

How do I put a Dolphin track back on?

Unplug the power supply, turn the robot over, loop the track over the rear wheel and roll it onto the front wheel. The how-to answer above has the video. If it comes off again within a few cycles, it has stretched and should be replaced.
