The Best Robotic Pool Cleaners with an App: Dolphin Picks
Not all robotic pool cleaners are built the same. These are the machines we'd put in a pool with an App — chosen for filtration, coverage, and reliability, and every one is a genuine Dolphin.
The term "robotic pool cleaner" covers everything from bargain floor-only vacuums to commercial-grade machines. When you're shopping with an App, the difference between the wrong robot and the right one is filtration, coverage, and build quality — three areas where Dolphin robots by Maytronics consistently lead.
App control puts the whole robot in your pocket through the MyDolphin Plus app — scheduling, cleaning modes, manual steering, and status updates. It's the feature that makes a pool robot feel truly smart.
What to look for in a robotic pool cleaner with an App
For app control, choose a Wi-Fi-connected Dolphin compatible with the MyDolphin Plus app. The app lets you schedule cleanings, pick floor/wall/waterline modes, drive the robot manually, and get pickup and status alerts. It's the most flexible, hands-on way to manage cleaning.
