My Dolphin's "full filter" indicator lights up when the filter is not full
Step by step.
If your IoT power supply LED is flashing blue and yellow while the robot is working and/or has a steady yellow light after the cycle is complete, this indicates the filter is full.
Complete the following cleaning maintenance on your robot:
- Inspect the impeller and remove any obstructions.
- Clean the filters thoroughly. Although the filters may appear clean, small particles may dry on the material and clog the filter.
It is recommended to clean the bag or cartridges after each cleaning cycle, but deeper cleaning may be required. Bag filters can be washed in the washing machine at 30 degrees, let them air dry. Filter cartridges can be cleaned in the dishwasher at 30 degrees.
After you have completed the maintenance:
- If your power supply has a Reset button, hold the reset button on the power supply until the light goes off (approximately 5 – 20 seconds).
- If your power supply does not have a Reset button, unplug the power supply from the electrical socket, wait a few moments, and then plug it back in to complete a reset.
